Client satisfaction epidemic

There seem to be an epidemic of buttons with smileys to voice your opinion about everything. I’m not opposed to it but the clients often ignore what companies do with the data. They hound their employees or their suppliers when the service is outsourced.
I ignore those buttons to protest against  their presence and the dictatorship of KPIs in the corporate world.
